From first impression to the next cleaning

Visitors can explore services, compare before-and-after photos, read reviews, request a quote, or ask for an appointment. Behind the scenes, authorized staff manage those requests, coordinate recurring work, record hours, and keep the website current from one dashboard.

Features delivered

A coastal website built around the business

  • Custom responsive design with the business logo, favicon, coastal colors, playful illustration, and animated bubbles.
  • Dedicated residential, deep-cleaning, and commercial-cleaning pages, plus About Us, online booking, and clear quote-request calls to action.
  • Owner-editable homepage wording, service descriptions, brand palette, About Us content, and portrait or team photo.
  • Business contact controls, Instagram and Facebook links, and consistent Volusia County service-area messaging.

Service content and before-and-after galleries

  • Editable service-page sections with up to six photos per service, captions, accessible descriptions, and publishing controls.
  • Paired before-and-after photos with comparison viewing, service categories, titles, captions, and display ordering.
  • Draft, publish, and archive workflows keep unpublished photos private; published pairs appear with the relevant service.
  • Image optimization, orientation correction, and embedded-metadata removal support practical photo uploads.

Quote requests and online booking

  • Website quote submissions feed a private inbox with review, quoted, booked, and closed workflows; archived requests can be restored, and deleted requests go to recoverable Trash.
  • Customers request an available appointment through Book Now. Requests reserve capacity and require manager approval before becoming confirmed appointments.
  • Configurable working hours, advance notice, booking horizon, start intervals, service durations, travel gaps, and eligible team members.
  • Capacity and conflict checks protect against overlapping requests. Managers can adjust the time and crew before approving, declining, or cancelling a request.
  • Customer details stay in the private inbox; public availability displays appointment times.

Shared scheduling and recurring cleanings

  • Day, week, and month calendars with Eastern-time display, appointment editing, and individual or multiple team assignments.
  • Team colors, legends, and an overview of upcoming cleanings make daily schedules easier to follow.
  • Weekly, every-other-week, and monthly recurring series, including date-based and weekday-based monthly patterns.
  • Edit one cleaning or the following unfinished appointments while preserving completed work and each cleaning's recorded hours.

Worked hours and payroll preparation

  • Planned hours update with the appointment end time; actual finish time records worked hours without overwriting the plan.
  • Team summaries show scheduled and recorded hours, cleaning counts, and appointment details for each employee.
  • Monday-to-Sunday payroll-week navigation with the following Tuesday pay date, member search, and permitted time corrections.
  • Overnight work is allocated across week boundaries. The summaries support payroll review; they do not process payroll or approve pay.

Branded email and delivery management

  • Configurable Gmail or Google Workspace sending, manager quote alerts, and team assignment or schedule-change notifications.
  • Editable branded HTML and plain-text templates, supported message variables, and sample previews.
  • Approval can send a customer booking confirmation containing the agreed service, location, appointment time, and booking reference when email alerts are enabled.
  • Delivery history, retry controls, and queued-message handling support troubleshooting. Recurring assignments use a series summary.
  • Later appointment changes and cancellations do not automatically send customer update emails; staff handle that follow-up.

Customer reviews and local discovery

  • Customer-submitted website reviews with moderation and selected published reviews on the homepage.
  • A link to the business's public Google profile makes Google reviews easy to find.
  • Google review connection and syncing controls have been built, with moderation before publication. Automatic syncing awaits owner authorization and API activation.
  • Server-rendered content, page-specific titles and descriptions, canonical links, social preview metadata, and structured service and organization data.
  • Public sitemap, Google and Bing verification support, Google Analytics, and separate website traffic reports. Private dashboard pages are excluded from search indexing.

A private management workspace

  • Invitation-only team accounts with Admin, Manager, and User roles, a permission matrix, and individual access overrides.
  • Separate viewing, editing, and publishing permissions across content, scheduling, requests, reviews, and administration.
  • Account controls and activity logging keep business operations separate from the public website.
  • HTTPS delivery, health monitoring, and daily database backups with integrity checks support ongoing operation.

Project capabilities as of October 23, 2026. Email delivery depends on the configured mailbox and alert settings. Google review syncing is prepared but awaits activation.

A website that supports the business behind it

This project combines a distinctive public presence with practical tools for the office and cleaning team. The owner can maintain content and photos while managers control bookings, schedules, permissions, and follow-through.
